Three times in just the last month I have come to this location for pizza only to find out that they, in fact, do not have pizza. 1) Showed up at 9:30pm and was told they close soon so they don't have any pizza ready and that they are only doing orders, yet they don't close until 10:30. This one I can let go because I get it. 2&3) I was told they were out of ready-to-go pizza and it would be at least a 30-minute wait. The latest time happened Sunday, 8/16 at around 7pm. The whole selling point of your shop is cheap, ready-to-go pizza. Should I start calling ahead to make sure this location has pizza?
That being said - the people who work there have always been nice so I don't know if it's poor management and/or planning, or simply not having enough employees to keep up with the volume needed for the area.
Original Review: Food is good, of course, just hate the wait. The drive thru is pointless as 90% of the time it's quicker to just walk in. Problem is half the time they lock the doors so you can't - still haven't figured out the timing around that...
Also this last time, the person working the drive thru took a person's order who was inside, waiting maybe 60 seconds, before she took mine, despite my...
Read moreI have the Little Caesars app on my phone and usually order from the Stygler, Morse, or Hudson locations even though this one is less than a mile from my home, just because the service is always so horrendous. But I thought, "With the Pizza Portal (online pre-paid, self-pickup with a code), how bad could it be?" I placed the order, waited 15 minutes, got the email saying my order had been loaded into the Pizza Portal, and left. I arrived to see the line for the drive-thru going out into the street, about 15-20 cars. I parked, walked up, and saw through the window that mine was the only name displayed on the Pizza Portal. And then I found that the doors were all locked. I waved to an employee and pointed at my pizzas, and she pointed me to the drive-thru. On the app, it had even asked if I wanted to use the Portal or the drive-thru, and I selected the Portal. It didn't say anything about the store being locked. What's the point in even offering that option if they're going to lock out the customers and make them wait 30 minutes in...
Read moreHighly dissatisfied. I get Little Caesars has decided to lower its quality to be in the fast food market. That's understandable. I called in and ordered cheese bread and a hot and ready pizza this evening at 8:05pm. I was told it would take 10-15 minutes to be ready. My wife showed up at 8:25pm to pick up the order and they were just putting the cheese bread into the oven. Frustrating, but potentially understandable. My wife had to wait another 10 minutes to get our food. Making it a whopping 40-45 minutes to get our HOT and READY pizza. To make matters worse, the HOT and READY pizza we received had to of been over two hours old. It was not hot, had a very nasty weird smell, and I took one bite and threw the whole pizza away. There's nothing more frustrating than to be starving, having to wait longer than expected, and then receive crappy food. Thanks for ruining my dinner, and you can count on us never...
