CrossFit Expedition (CFE) gym has truly revolutionized my approach to fitness. What impressed me the most was the gym's sense of community. The members were all so supportive of each other, cheering each other on during workouts and offering words of encouragement. It was clear that everyone was there to work hard and push themselves, but they also wanted to see their fellow members succeed. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in a special place.
Nichole was incredibly welcoming and took time out of her schedule to do 1-on-1 sessions to make sure I wasnāt simply thrown to the wolves. She helped me with form as well as general movement standards. The workouts were challenging but also scalable so you could improve from your starting point.
