NoT surprised at these reviews! The old lady that oversees this business is so unprofessional she hung up on me when I was inquiring about my son's headstone being put down. She won't pass MY mesaage to the real owner says he has no email. What business owner in the 21st century doesn't have email? She is crass uncoothed and insensitive to family's that are in need of caring compassionate beings. She has an attitude all the time I see the same issues in another review. Who wants to deal with the disrespect when it's already hard enough to have to bury my child! She told me she was told to not tell me anything about my son's plot. Placed my bench marker for my daughter August 9th 2022!! I check every 3 months and still the same excuse of I will call you back. Now I'm going to pursue legal. Responding to you don't know who this memorial is about.. 7/25/2023 I Michelle Ludaway paid for my deceased daughter Marissa Jasmine Parks who you should I am alive and paid for her burial and have not displayed to me or her daughters a memorial bench. after burying someone next to my boyfriend his plaque was broken and his grave was leveled out so i can only assume whoever did the digging was responsible. it’s been there for the better part of two months and it was fine. not shocked that they’re not going to do anything because ‘temporary stones aren’t allowed because of this’ but if that was so you’d think there’d be less of them in the actual cemetery or more signs. i’ve witnessed the workers driving on the lawn where people definitely are and they have no respect for our loved ones. now i get to look at a plaque that is broken very close to my boyfriends face all winter, just...
