So about 3 weeks ago I had a bit of an accident... to make a long story short, while trying to help my fiance carry a new safe into our house I fell. And so did the safe. All 215 lbs of it landed directly on my left arm and hand. My fractured arm was the least of my concerns because my gorgeous engagement ring saved my hand from being smashed and broken. However, it also was extremely mangled and smashed. One of the accent diamonds had fallen out, the bands were smashed together, and the base of that gorgeous 3/4 karat diamond was bent almost completely at a 90 degree angle. I was absolutely devastated. The next day I went to our favorite jeweler that my fiance purchased this beauty from, McChristy Jewelers to see if a repair could even be done or if I would need to replace the whole ring. It was really bad. Not only did every staff member show me the utmost compassion and kindness, they assured me that my ring would be repaired and okay. I expected this to take months as it was very damaged but Chuck worked his magic and had my beauty perfected, diamond reset, and completely repaired in less than 3 weeks. There is absolutely no sign of any damage! It looks brand new and they even detail cleaned it for me! I am BEYOND ecstatic and so grateful to everyone there for their amazing customer service. Every time I visit their store they make me feel like part of their family. They know how important this ring is to us and they have always made it just as important to them. The store is so welcoming and the staff really takes the time and listens to your needs or wants or what your dreaming. My wedding ring needed to be cleaned and polished and Denise suggested we podium it to get it's new look back. I have never even heard of that before?!
