Under promised and over delivered
Upon looking for my perfect lawn tractor I stumbled across Frontier Ag & Turf amidst many other residential / commercial equipment sales dealerships. Many of which when I stopped in I was either greeted like fresh meat in an lion’s den or not greeted at all as if I couldn’t afford their product so why waste their time. I originally called and spoke with John W. he answered several questions with expertise on the equipment, mentioned I would be stopping past that evening he referred me Ryan W. to follow up. Upon arrival I was greeted & asked if help was needed, no I was browsing, after browsing with my two and a half year old crawling, running, jumping & screaming. Ryan & I spoke about my needs / wants for a lawn tractor. He discussed how I may be looking at a tractor too big for my needs & suggested we test drove several tractors before deciding, which yes he was right but hey I wanted a tractor not a mower. It was two days later after some more research & getting a few other quotes for like machines that Ryan W and I worked on a more than fair price. He promised me my tractor on a Saturday regardless if he had to drop it off himself, turns out he was able to procure the tractor and have it in my drive way by the Thursday before the agreed upon delivery date. Great dealership with a great sales staff not overpowering & more than fair, it was worth driving past another deere dealership for this one I know if anything happens in the future with this tractor the dealership will support...
Read morePositive note they have a lot of equipment by the looks of it to choose from...just to bad, as a 29 yr old business owner looking for a lot of new stuff, couldn’t get one guy or gal to ask if I had any questions. Only time I was talked to for the good 10 minutes I was in the store was when I walked out and was asked, “Did you find everything alright?” I said, “no” he said, “did anyone talk to you?” and I replied, “no because they were to busy laughing so Beisswenger’s will continue to get my business for all my Stihl equipment.” and I left to my truck. I also am not sold on buying any John Deere z-turns if that’s how they conduct business on a very slow afternoon where customer to worker ratio was probably 5-1. But that’s right I’m just a young guy dreaming not a 7 yr business owner looking to upgrade to all new trimmers, blowers, a chainsaws, and ready to pull the trigger on a new zero turn with a bagger and mulch kit....still ain’t $100,000 tractor though so it aint but a punny in the bucket. Can’t stand judgemental sales guys especially after being a corporate sales trainer for 5 years of my life before going full time into owning my own property maintenance company. Just to bad considering they are only 2 miles from me and the most convienient but customer service is what builds business and I’ll spend my money 14 miles miles away at Beisswenger’s and 8 miles away at Minnesota Equipment. Best of luck...
Read moreI had a fantastic experience at this location because of Ryan. I originally sent in a lead on an X738 and Ryan reached out right away and answered all of my questions with ease. I ended up getting a second hand tractor, but was still looking around for a snowblower and Ryan really went above and beyond to get the sale and help me out. Minnesota equipment in Rogers is 15 minutes from my house and you guys are 3 times the distance, but it was Ryan’s personality and help that got me to drive all the way over there and give you my business. Ryan is a top class guy and again went above and beyond to help me. I’ll absolutely do all of my service work and future business with you because of Ryan. The best compliment is a referral and you better believe Ryan will be getting them from me. Thank you again for the great experience Ryan, you’re...
