Friendly service. Lacks signage for the uninitiated. If you’re not a trucker used to navigating a shipping terminal, it can be confusing to find your way. We had to pick up a pallet of tile for a project. We chose pickup at the shipping terminal to save on shipping cost. If you’re going there to pick something up, you should enter at the gate by the sign on Alum Creek Drive. Press the button and they’ll open the gate. Follow the signs to the only building on the site that doesn’t have a loading dock on it. That’s the dispatch office. There you sign in and then go through the building to the office in the back to show the shipping number and ID. We could’ve parked on the east side of the building and walked in the back but unless you’ve been there before you wouldn’t know that. They’ll bring your stuff out that back door to your vehicle. To get out, you leave through a different gate to Alum Creek Dr. Not well labeled, but it’s the only one that doesn’t say No Exit (like the one we came in). Last night I was getting on the freeway at Hamilton Rd going NB around 11:00 pm and one of your truckers was FLYING... Did NOT MERGE as he's SUPPOSED too and almost had me to run off the road!!😡😡 I was so scared and pissed at the same time! He had absolutely no regard for my safety and had the nerve to blow his horn when he got off at 33!!!!! That type of driving is unsafe and unacceptable and at the very least he needs a training course on proper freeway driving. He had an available lane to merge into and refused.
