Puptown Lounge Hilliard — Local services in Columbus

I have been sending my pups to Puptown for grooming & daycare for almost 8 years now - started at the Riverside location and recently switched to Hilliard as it's a tad closer to our home. They ALWAYS remember our dogs names, nicknames, little details - it is so sweet and we truly feel like family when we walk in there. I also love the photos they share of the dogs during Daycare and during their grooming appointments!!

I mentioned in passing one day how much I loved the facility and that I was bummed that I had missed out on a "behind the scenes" tour during Hilliard's Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting event, and the owner Cliff immediately stopped what he was doing, offered to show me around, and spent time explaining all the cool services they provide and amenities they have set up for the pups! It was so incredibly kind!

HIGHLY recommend Puptown Lounge - would not want to take my pups...

Wow I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Puptown Lounge. A week before my sister’s out of town wedding my pup was showing signs of some back discomfort which was confirmed by his vet. My usual boarding spot was not wanting to accommodate Ollies rest/meds schedule which left me in a bit of a panic. Knowing Puptown was right around the corner I called Alessia and she was nothing but kind and understanding and got Ollie scheduled for a luxury boarding suite and assured me they would be able to take perfect care of him. And did they deliver! Daily pictures and report cards brought me SO much comfort and peace while I was in Pittsburgh on Maid of Honor duty. Ollie is in perfect shape and I couldn’t be happier. I have been taking my Chihuahua's Primrose and Priscilla to Puptown for grooming,daycare,& boarding for over a year now I'm so glad I found them to take care of my babies. I absolutely love how everyone at Puptown treats you and you're pups as family. I'm so excited for the Hilliard location to officially open up it's closer to where I live and I can't wait to bring my babies to be spoiled by their Puptown family more often. I love how I can leave my babies here for any service and just instantly know they are being taken care of my babies get so excited when I tell them we are going to Daycare they both know as soon as their Puptown daycare breakaway collars come out where we are headed.
