Pros: I ordered two Clelane Wood 3-Drawer nightstands from Amazon, and they arrived promptly. Packaging was so good it was a challenge to open--and dispose of all materials! Perfect condition, no scratches, gauges or broken corners. Putting on the legs was easy, although the hex wrench provided was a little too large, it did not turn easily. Drawers have metal slides, though I don't think they are ball-bearings and not soft close.

Cons: The paint job is so-so. Looks factory done because it was. Drawers open/close smoothly, but are NOT soft close. All drawers lined with wood-grain look contact paper. The grooves in the top are attractive, but will be difficult to keep clean. (I ordered table top protectors to mitigate).

The odor--OMG, these have been unpacked for four days, and nothing has gotten rid of the off gassing chemical stench. Tried baking soda in a bowl. Baking soda sprinkled in drawers. Lemon scented odor absorbers. A hair dryer on high. Air purifier running 24/7 Leaving open to air out.

It might be dissapating a bit, but still have not loaded the drawers as I am concerned anything in there would take on the odor.

I contacted the seller via their website, and let Amazon know, but no response or assistance. Disappointing.

If you like furniture already built, this might be a good choice, but wait until spring so you can put them outside to air out.

BTW--too heavy/hard to return, so hopefully the smell will go away. Otherwise, someone is in for a great deal at a...

The table set itself is relatively nice. I didn’t understand what people meant by “the table is very tall,” but what I think they meant is the table is a little too tall when compared with the height of the chairs.

Unfortunately, Roundhill Furniture does not stand behind its products. I’ve spent the past week emailing back and forth asking for a replacement table top or a partial credit to account for the fact that there is a small crack in the center of the table but the company refuses to work with me. They continue to try and give the run-around with excuses like, “we can’t give a partial credit, you’ll just need to return the whole table.” We spent four hours putting the whole thing together, so that isn’t a viable option.

Their customer service number is also inactive. Having only email as a customer service option is not legal so I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the New Jersey Department of Consumer Affairs internet sales division if this isn’t made right by the end of the week.

I had ordered a reclining couch and a reclining chair from this company thru Amazon not that long ago. They are very nice looking and very comfortable, my biggest and only complaint is the quality of it, the seat area is lumpy from sitting on it, I’m always finding little pieces of wood and foam on the floor where the couch sits every time I pull it out to vacuum which isn’t very often because I’m afraid the couch will fall apart since it feels weak and sounds like wood is cracking when I move it, sometimes it’s hard to close the one end of the recliner. The price was good but you get what you pay for. I have a 3 year old son so when he is a little older I’m going to get better quality furniture provided that the couch can last me a few more years.
