Terrible Terrible experience, after my companies spent hundreds of thousands of dollars with Sage, we will not be returning. The lack of communication is horrendous. On my last order, many units were sent damaged (bad batteries even though they were labeled as excellent). Also a ton were in terrible condition. You have to beg constantly to receive a response. Many false promises about when products will be shipped and so on which definitely affects our business operations. If you say something should ship on the 1st, it shouldn’t ship on the 15th. If you want to return something broken, you will suffer or pretty much not receive a response and left to take things into your own hands. We have the ability to take In over 500 mobile units a month and work with many vendors. No has treated us this terrible. MANY MANY FALSE PROMISES AND HUNDREDS OF EXCUSES. WHILE THEY MAY HAVE SOME GOOD PRODUCTS SOMETIMES, IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG IT MAY BE BETTER TO HIRE...

I bought a pair of Dell Ultrasharp 1905FP Monitors for an old drafting rig from them in grade A condition and they were in fact grade A condition! Keep in mind that these monitors are at least 10 years old (I checked the dates on mine and both were October 2005) and whoever had them must have worn white gloves. Not a scratch with better screen image than many of the later models. The outstanding packing materials used by them probably cost more than they made and they shipped both in one box at as low a cost as I could get from anywhere. I am leaving this review for them because of the fact that I was very happy to have these particular older models at all and especially in actual A+ condition. Probably one of the WORST places I ever worked for as a temp. Management doesn't care, incredibly disorganized, no room to put anything up in the racks (assuming you actually got time to train on the lifts), higher ups who didn't have a clue what was actually going on behind the scenes, and the interpersonal dramas make it very difficult to know which orders you needed to follow.
