Save A Lot — Local services in Columbus

I just went there this morning and the strawberry price sign was 1.99 and other sign says 3.49 I checked with employee and confirmed 1.99 ..I went to pay the manager was at the cashier . He was very rude and yelled at me said ( sir I told you the price and the employee just came to me and asked w and we changed the price and he was yelling….so I didn’t purchase that but when I handed him the payment he gave my change back I said thank you hw did not respond to me or say anything he didn’t even look at me …i heard about that store but I wasn’t expecting that horrible customer service to yell at a customer….. seriously you need some one that who can treat customers with respect and some who can take care of the store . I can’t even believe that he is a manager the employee was nice and helpful more than him … will not return that...

This sav-a-lot store is just around the corner from our home so its super convenient for us when we need to just pop in and grab things quickly. Along with very inexpensive pricing this store has great employees who are always friendly and helpful. They always have a small selection of fresh produce and many times fun seasonal things like special boxed bakery items for whatever holiday is near. The checkout lines are never very long and they will most always open a new register if there seem to be alot of people waiting to checkout. The parking lot is large and wraps around the side of the store. I can usually find a spot right near the front of the store which is nice. They have plenty of carts and keep them right by the doors. Bought some of the breakfast bowls that are normally $3 in regular supermarkets. Here they were $7. When I got to register I asked the rep if she did her shopping there. She put her head down and said no. I said the prices seem rather high. She nodded her head. A $140 shopping trip would have easily cost $100 if I just would have driven another 10 min down the road. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR! CHECK THERE PRICES AND COMPARE! Seriously, way over priced, they are just taking advantage of you.
