The lady they have delivering is too demanding. No respect for caregivers who are not open or used to people all in their homes. Some companies just bring the food and leave. If the person has a cargiver we don't need you to show the produce one by one or how to put it up. Plus they only give you a 10 min notice their coming. You could be sleep then have to jump up and throw some clothes on or else she's banging down your door. Very irritating. Other than that the food is very small proportioned sometimes raw veggies in a tight vacuum sealed package. You whole meal plan comes in 2 medium sized brown brown paper bags with a daily menu plan. I love this meal delivery service! I was referred to them via Senior Options of Franklin County. Every time I've had a dietary change--and there have been several--they have bent over backward to keep up with it, and were most gracious about it. I love the way the meals are hermetically sealed and easy to store and sort in the freezer. They do send out meal suggestions/menus with each delivery each week; but if I want to change that around, it's super easy, because each of the food groups is kept separate, instead of it being all lobbed together onto one plate!
