Definitely 3 out of 5. Mine and my son's food was good. My husband's burger tasted like rubber. The waitress Tonya, she had red hair, told us while ordering the burger " oh we're out of buns but I can put Texas toast on it instead" so we were okay with that because we thought it would be the same price. Spoiler alert, it wasn't. We wait for the food, they forget my eggs and gritts, so we had to wait another 10 minutes for that. Then the bill comes and we find out that we've been charged for a completely different meal because she neglected to tell us that getting the Texas toast bread on my husband's sandwich, because THEY didn't have any regular buns, would make it so we were paying for a $12 meal instead of $9 meal. And if I'm not mistaken they charged me $8s for 2 sunny side up eggs. Didn't offer us refills, didn't check on us. When she dropped off the food, she literally acted like we didn't exist. We had to flag down another server to get some boxes. He is the only reason I'm giving this place a 3 out of 5. And mine and my son's food was pretty good except for the bacon, which you can see down below, was burnt to a crisp. Which wouldn't be a problem at all, if I had asked for well done bacon. I'm pretty disappointed. My family and I were excited to go out to eat, since we don't do it very often. Now, do I expect perfection? Of course not. Everyone is human and makes mistakes. I just wish that we had felt comfortable enough to say " hey can we get this fixed?" But how can we feel comfortable if you didn't even act like we existed after we ordered? The ONLY reason I knew our servers name was because someone else said it and I double checked her name tag. The young kid that checked us out and got our boxes, was the only one who spoke to us like we existed and was very polite and professional.

I pulled up and seen a worker standing outside , he looked like he was going to say something but didn't. He closed the door and locked it and did not tell me they were closing , I walked up and had to find out for myself . I can see the lights are on and there are 6 customers in the restaurant that are currently getting served . Some of the customers are kissing all on each other and the workers are talking and serving them. There's a guy with a dog in there! This seems like more of a hangout for the workers than anything. I've come to this Waffle House a few times and atleast the other workers would tell me that they were closed or short staffed. I'm very disappointed in the establishment, very poor communication and lack of leadership shown. I just got off work and all I wanted was a waffle. Now my feelings are hurt , this is my first review ever for any place and my last time coming to this restaurant!(4:30 Am)

This place has gone so downhill. You would think it being a newer building pple would take pride in their work but that's not the case. I went inside and the lady did not greet me or anything. She just looked at me and asked "dining in or ordering out". When I said I'd like to order to go she immediately asked what I wanted before I even walked up to the counter. I told her I'd like to see a menu and she just nodded towards a pile of dirty menus that had crumbs and fingerprints on them laying across the dirty counter. I ordered and neither she nor the cook had a mask on. Normally I would sit at the counter and wait but the entire counter was filthy so I sat in a chair put up against the wall. It was not busy as there were only 2 customers seated and both had already gotten their food. Neither the cook nor the waitress seemed happy to be there which reflected in the waitress attitude towards me. Everything was dirty, half the dining room was blocked off with chairs and not to mention its the middle of winter and yet somehow there were flies around the food and counter. I was watching them fly around while my food was being made. Now to the food... The pork chops I got I couldn't eat because they were drenched in pepper, the bacon was so salty even my 7yr old refused to eat it after one bite. It tasted like I was just eating a spoonful of bacon grease and salt. The toast had barely any butter on it and I couldn't even tell the difference between the buttered side and the top. My eggs were supposed to be over medium but I somehow still ended up with runny whites. All of this was extremely upsetting as we live around the corner and it's really the only sit down restaurant we have close with the exception of fast food. My daughter and I use to go here so often 2 years ago that the staff knew us as regulars and always knew our order. I was hoping to resume that relationship post covid but after one meal there I have no intention of going back any time soon. Instead I will make the extra drive to Perkins where the food is ten times better along with the atmosphere and attitudes of the people preparing my food and taking my order. I also want to repeat that there were only 2 other people there, both of which had their food already and was finished eating when I walked in so clearly the issue wasn't that they were busy or understaffed. Just a clear case of being unprofessional and taking very little pride...

Our server was just terrible. She was on her phone the entire time to the point a customer that sat down and waited to have his order taken gets up and leaves 5min later as she just sat there on her phone. Then after he leaves she brings over a cup of water and sat it at his table. SMH...She did not greet us appon walking to the table I had to acknowledge her. I sat their waiting for my drink to be refilled that was sitting at the edge of the table. She walked by a total of 4 times stood behind me at the empty table on her phone passed by again and still never offered to refill. She just continued being on her phone.. I do not want anything free or an apology. I juat want to be heard about the situation and have you aware of how poor of a server she is. And would like someone to go over the footage and see what im talking about. I did not start any confrontation i just paid my bill without tip and walked out. In my opinion she should not be there serving customers she is not good at it and loosing...
