I had the MOST AMAZING experience with The Columbus Photo Booth and the owner Chad. LOVED LOVED LOVED having the photo booth!!! He was quick to respond when I asked him about any questions or concerns. I gave Chad my inspiration and colors that I had for the reception and he sent some samples of borders via email, which was great! He actually ended up making me a custom border that was ABSOLUTELY perfect!!! :D I loved it so much, it was exactly what i had envisioned and I was so excited to share the design with my family! Chad also worked to customize a package that worked for us, the venue and financially. Chad went way beyond the extra mile to help us out without compromising quality and experience and I pretty much cried of happiness because he made my life so much easier and found a way to accommodate me! I really felt like he cared about our experience more than anything!

The young man that came to set up was fast and efficient and had the photo booth up and running in no time! The variety of props was great! All our guests had SO much fun and kept the booth occupied most of the night! What was great was that right after the photos were taken the attendant would print a copy for each person in the booth and then one extra to put in my photo album! Then at the end of the night the put all the photos on a CD and give it to you.

The next day when i went to check the photos on the CD it was blank. I sent an email to Chad and he responded within minutes! He apologized and then did the unthinkable! He said he made another CD with the pictures burned to it and he wanted to PERSONALLY deliver it to us. We were on our way to Sunday Brunch and he drove to the restaurant to deliver the CD!!! I could not believe this incredible customer service! It is evident that Chad puts his customers first and shows them the the upmost respect, dedication and care.

Truly working with Chad was the most wonderful, amazing, friendly customer service i have ever experienced! I will definitely only use The Columbus Photo Booth for any other events we have and highly recommend you take advantage if you are wanting a photo booth. It is totally worth the money and I highly recommend to go all out! Everyone loves photo booths and the memories you make and capture are forever.

I met Chad this summer at a graduation and THANK goodness I did! We had to move our wedding from Youngstown Ohio to Columbus Ohio where we live with COVID and we reduced our number down dramatically from 300 to 70 people. Chad was my first call to get a photobooth and he then proceeds to tell me that they offer so many other options should I need them. When you are planning a wedding in 5 weeks you have very little time to get everything together and knowing that Chad and the Columbus Photobooth had DJs, and tables and chairs and tents and heaters and anything else I could need made my life SOO easy!.. not only did we hire Columbus Photobooth for the Photobooth but we also used them for a TENT outside with a heater, we used them for tables and chairs for our garage and we hired our DJ through chad!! they did an excellent job!!! HIRE THEM!!!! I give them 10 stars our of 5!! I had a magical wedding and hiring a company like Columbus Photobooth was the best...

As Student Council Advisor for a middle school in the Columbus, OH, area we have been used the Columbus Photo Booth Company for the last few years. They have been a HUGE hit with our 6th, 7th, and 8th graders! Not only are they professional and punctual, but they really do a great job interacting with our students. They are patient, organized, and efficient. Since we've added the photo booth to our school dances and socials attendance has gone up, and students are happy to not have to worry about bringing a camera to our events. The selection of props that the Columbus Photo Booth Company provides is also top notch! We instantly loved that they also provided enough copies of the photo for the number of individuals in the picture...no need to argue over who gets the cutest or coolest picture!
