Torchbearers - His Hill Bible School — Local services in Comfort

This place is amazing!! I had two children who attended camp for 2015 and it was life changing! My oldest went to the overnight and she had just a blast. The cabins are cute, they have their days filled with all kinds of activities, and learn how to read the bible not just open the cover. It was the first time my oldest went to camp, and she came back saying next year can I go twice? lol My youngest loves it also only she wants to do the sleep over camp, I have to tell her she's not old enough just yet. I have to say that the councilors are by far top notch. I had the pleasure of meeting only a handful but each one I meet was a blessing to my girls. I went here back in 06-07 and 08-09, which was a while ago... which seems like almost too long ago to leave a current review. But I go back and visit often, and I personally count everyone on staff there dear friends. This place is Christ centered, and they deeply care about helping students come to a growing understanding of their hope in Jesus Christ. As a youth pastor of over 9 years, I encourage all of my students to consider going to His Hill (or at least another Torchbearers center) before going to college or starting work.
