Ordered replacement LED backlights for my tv. Item was described as "100% working condition." Unfortunately once installed, the replacement lights were in definitely not in working condition, in fact they were in worse shape than the original LED that came with the TV. Even worse, they only offered a refund for the product price ONLY while I'm stuck to bite the bullet with shipping charges. UNACCEPTABLE! If a company sells a faulty product, customer's should NEVER have to pay anything including shipping. Ultimately, now I'm stuck with no full refund and still a tv that works even less now. PLEASE...

I ordered a part for my tv and unfortunately the part did not resolve the issue. No problem. I set up a return and returned the part to them. I few days later a received only a partial refund from them. They did not refund the total price of the purchase, they omitted the shipping cost and just refunded the price of the part.
