Lisa was terrific! I called the store to see if they were open due to the pandemic and Lisa answered and informed me that they were not open but that she would be happy to come meet me at the store to fix my hat that I had custom made in Texas that did not fit and was badly misshaped and stained. She adjusted the fit to perfection, reshaped it to my liking and cleaned it all up nice and pretty. After a new pair of Georgia work boots and a few other odds and ends, I left a very satisfied and grateful customer. (And now I love my hat again!) Very nice people work there! They are really try to accommodate your need. We bought a pair of boots there, and the storekeepers helped with advice and took care of stretching them a bit so they fit just right! Nice service right at the time of purchase! The selection there is ok, probably better if you are looking for the tall boots, not that many available for the ankle-high.
