First off this is CONCONULLY! Beautiful scenery and the lady at the front desk I think her name is Nancy is such a sweet lady to chat with. There are not many rental options during town events since everything gets booked up so fast! Kozy Kabins was the last place in town that had a room for rent. It was very cheaply priced, 2 nights came to $118 after tax even though I would have preferred to pay much more for amenities like a toilet, a sink or a working stove or microwave in the room. *Just so you know exactly what you are renting. Itâs a room with an old sunken in bed, a table and chairs, pillows that feel like plastic, a stove and a refrigerator from the 80s. The stove did not work, we did not have a microwave in our room so we had NO way of heating up food, heating up water for soup or coffee etc. We stayed during the winter so you get a room heater to help keep the room warm but no way of heating up food or water was actually quite inconvenient. You do not have a sink in the room nor a bathroom. There is 1 ladies bathroom and 1 menâs bathroom, with a shower in each that you pay quarters to use in a different building. The ladies toilet was clogged up the first night so we had to take turns using the menâs bathroom. For some reason we had a LOT of flies (yes during the winter) and spiders in and outside of our room. When we would open the front door in the morning we would have at least 6 to 8 of them dead sitting on the snow. We would find them dead on the floor and on the counter in the room throughout the day. It is Conconully so these cabins Iâm sure are great use to fishermen or hunters but for those ladies out there, I just wanted you to really know what you are getting...
Read moreI cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay at the Kozy Kabins [I stayed in cabin #3]!
The cabin itself was spotlessâevery corner was impeccably clean and felt so welcoming. The mini kitchen was a delightful surprise, equipped with basic utensils for preparing my own meals and even a vintage fridge/freezer that added so much character to the space. The addition of a TV with streaming options made for cozy evenings in, and the whole space had a wonderful rustic charm.
While the cabin didn't have its own restroom, it wasnât an issue at all. The shared facilities were easily accessible, well-maintained, and super clean.
The staff were absolute starsâso friendly, helpful, and genuinely dedicated to making sure guests have a perfect stay. Whether it was answering questions, providing local tips, or just making me feel welcome, they went above and beyond at every turn.
If youâre looking for a peaceful, low key getaway that is close to town this is a great place to stay. I travel up there quite a bit and will be...
Read moreWe really enjoyed our stay at Kozy Kabins & RV Park in Conconully! Angie, the owner, was so welcoming and easy to communicate with, she kept us updated before check-in and made sure our cabin was ready, cool, and comfortable when we arrived.
The cabin itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. We loved the vintage charm of the pink kitchen appliances and the overall homey feel. The property is in a great location, just a short walk into town, and it felt safe and relaxing.
I had stayed several years ago and still enjoyed my stay, but Angie the new owner has clearly put a lot of work into upgrading the place, and it shows. We appreciated the little touches, like having the A/C and even nature sounds playing on the TV when we checked in.
If youâre looking for a fun, affordable spot with personality (and a very caring host), Kozy Kabins is a great choice. Weâre already planning to come back for...
