Speaker replacement thru out, as well as amp installed to upgrade system. Initially seemed great, 1 month in, blown rear speakers.....which was suppose to be impossible with their recommendations. Eleven months later, 3 blown speakers, again shouldn't have been possible....their words. These were all Kenwood Excelon speakers, far exceeding the max the amp could produce. Granted this is all 2 years ago now. Again replacing blown speakers....doing it myself this time, picking different speaker brand. What a hatchet job!!!! You would figure a stereo shop would use harness jumpers that fitted to factory hookup, was sure charged for it. EVERY CONNECTION SPLICED!!!! Even at the head unit. Further inspection revealed wire gauge size on amp undersized per mfg. guidlines, front tweeters wired in parallel with front door speakers, which are powered by amp...both blown as soon as switch was first turned on 2 years ago....tweeters.....didn't notice until now. Along with the hatchet job on wires, they were cut so short I may not be able to use because nothing left to strip and reuse. $2500 later.....now to repair and replace my danged self......If someone at freemans reads this.....Greg Hedrick here if you wish to explain any of this away. OK, these guys had me from the first telephone call. They had great reviews online and they were incredibly laid-back, no-pressure, TCB kinda folks. I got a little help choosing just the right stereo system for my suh-WEET li'l '04 Matrix. Her name is Pearl. I told them I would be leaving Pearl with them for the week I was visiting family in Alabama for the holidays. No hurry, no worry.

I call a little later in the week to see if there were any other repairs I might need or if they'd run into any problems. The fellas found two nails in a tire and since they had the extra time while I was out of town, they took Pearl up the street to have the tire patched! WHAT?! Who even DOES that anymore?!? I was blown away by their commitment to customer service and for seeing a problem and FIXING it.

The sound in my new car stereo exceeds ALL my expectations and I feel much safer driving with the new heads-up touch screen in the dash instead of fumbling with my phone for calls and GPS. The pricing was incredibly competitive, the quality of work unparalleled, and Pearl's upgrade makes her feel brand new and makes me a safer driver.

Pure car stereo heaven. A home away for home. I have being business with the concord location for over 10 years now. EVERY SINGLE TIME that I come threw the front doors i always leave out satisfied. They have tier 1 Installers Phil, Jason and Chad. Tier 1 management Robert Plamer 👍👍and big homie (Derek). Thses guys have unbelievable passion and are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and other products on the market. You want find anybody better in this area. It hard too find trust worthy people that will do you and your car right because they are so many car audio places that are trying to make a quick buck. I have seen with my own eyes the honesty that a installer displayed. He could of install product in a customer car but wasn't necessary. They call the customer back and told them there was no problem. If anybody knows anything about car stereo, a installer gets pay for the installs they do. So he did not install anything so he didn't get paid. That is pure honesty that is hard to find. I don't know about anybody else but that goes along way in my book. This is a Tier one audio shop that will will always have my...
