One star for overnight parking, one star for plenty of room for backing in, one star for being fast at unloading. The shipper specifically told us to not cut the seal, that only the receiver was allowed to cut it because of some ag regulation, but the "man" working here told my wife to cut it with a pair of bolt cutters that was way too small for the bolt. I cut it for her, but it definitely is their job, not the driver's. We cut seals regularly when receivers request it, but not when the shipper tells us to only have the customer cut it. I can only guess the guy isn't strong enough for his job and thought a lady would be better at it.

We also had to wait 30 minutes before anybody acknowledged we were here. When we first arrived at the dock area, my wife (the driver) was told to put the paperwork on the desk and wait in her truck. After 30 minutes, we asked a worker going inside to mention that we were still outside waiting. A minute later, the guy with weak arms showed up. He seemed a little angry, or maybe he's just rude. I know people have bad days, but that's never an excuse to act rude with the person who just drove a thousand miles through snowstorms and 40+ mph winds to deliver your product on time.
