Scott was very professional and friendly. He returned my call quickly and was out that same week to repair our LG dryer which was taking multiple drying cycles to get clothes dry. He cleared our dryer vent which was 80% clogged and removed a grid which was trapping the lint. Scott told us to call back if we still had any issues. This improved the drying time but was not 100%. Scott asked different questions to find out as much information as possible to determine what the issue might be beyond the lint build up. Scott had me try a time dry instead of the normal settings to see if it might be a sensor problem. This improved the drying but Scott still came back out to check the dryer out again and showed some different settings to try on the normal setting which we were having to problem with . He had us test out a few settings to make sure the dryer was working correctly instead of just replacing a costly sensor. He even called to check in on how the dryer was doing with the different settings. The dryer is now drying fully on one cycle and Scott saved us money by not just replacing the part. He was very patient and wanted to do right by his customers rather than just make some extra money replacing an item that wasn’t broken. Scott’s integrity and professionalism was top notch. Read moreCurrent post - Our induction oven/stove decided to shut down Thanksgiving night (luckily after most of our holiday meal was prepared). Once again we called Beckers, our beloved appliance repair company. Scott called back quickly with his fun sense of humor. Justin came to our aid this time. He was pleasant & thorough. He even waited patiently while I cleaned those disgusting areas we all know about once a slide in appliance is moved. I hope Scott doesn't decide to retire anytime soon, Beckers quality service would be hard to replace.

We called Beckers, just like we have for the past 20+ years. They were closed, but Scott called back early the next day (Saturday) & was out shortly thereafter.

Read moreWe had a problem with our 11 year old Samsung washer not draining. Called and within two days Scott was in our basement on a Saturday and determined a new drain pump was needed. He had like six pumps in stock and just our luck, this was an odd ball pump but he assured us he could order one. Within three or four days he received the pump and had it installed. The first time we used the washer we experienced the same drain problem. Contacted Scott and he was promptly back out on a Sunday and replaced the new drain pump with another new pump. He rechecked the lines, control board etc and found no problems. Advised he would contact Samsung for further advice. He came back a few days later to act on what Samsung told him but still found no problem. We did have one drain problem since the second pump but nothing since. Scott voluntarily gave full credit for the price of the pump. Hopefully we can get a few more years out of this washer. If not, it is not because Scott Becker did not care. He went above and beyond to correct our problem. I have already recommended him to our daughter and several friends. His business card has already become a permanent fixture on our fridge. Thanks...
