ALDI — Local services in Conewango Township

This is the 3rd or 4th time I've waited in a line clear to the back of the store because there is only on checkout open. Half a dozen workers stocking and 1 completing the shopping orders while staring at the growing line, intentionally moving as slow as possible. The only person working as the cashier was understandably stressed and somewhat rude literally begging for help with the line. She cashed out 3 full carts in the time it took the one bagging the online orders to open 4 paper bags.

EDIT 2 YEARS LATER: It is still a constant problem. There is usually only one register open while other staff are no where to be found and the line stretches clear to the back of the store. Also, be very careful when buying produce. I love ALDI for their fresh fruits and veggies, but this location is notorious for hiding rotten fruit and vegetables in with the good produce, especially moldy raspberries and...

Most people know Aldi, right? Well, listen, this Warren store is pretty sweet! I stopped in for these sandwich rolls, and believe me! They were as good as I expected. I grabbed a loaf of bread, which was, well, bread and some Irish butter. Prices seemed great but like anywhere else you need to carefully price shop as some Aldi portions may be smaller.. I still don't know where the bags are. Remember, Aldi has a bagging area where you self bag after the purchase. Also, remember two more things: carts have a 25 cent deposit and the cashier might be out working. If there's no cashier when you check out just pause, they will see you and be right there. My favorite place to shop for groceries and other items. Most of the workers are very friendly and helpful. I buy most all of my groceries here, great prices and their options continue to grow, especially in their plant based offerings which is a huge plus. They are fast, so you don’t have to wait in line long. Also other customers are usually friendly, unlike shopping at Walmart where people will run you over with their carts, rather than say excuse me and just have angry demeanors.
