I gave this place a lot of business. So yesterday, I asked to buy more tanks for my unit and mentioned the side tap (for refilling) breaks off too fast. The guy there recommended a different tank that has a top fill.

I thought great. Big mistake trusting him. I live 22 miles away. I went home and put the tank in and found out it doesn't have any was to adjust air flow, and it didn't work.

Went back today and, without even apologizing for his error, only offered to replace wrong tanks with the tanks I don't like. I asked to get a discount on a new unit. He said we don't give away money. Well, I had to drive 44 extra miles due to his incompetence. Nothing free on my end.

Went to Big Puffs in the shopping center, and he set me up with a new unit, 2 tanks, and 5 coils and 60 ml of juice for 40 bucks. I'll go to Yetti one more time to get my rewards back. And then I'm done with them.

I wasn't trying to get something for nothing. I asked the guy, "Can you sell the tanks that I already opened?" He replied no. So if they make a tank swap their still out 13 bucks.
