Connelly Springs Electric — Local services in Connelly Springs

No stars here. Only 1 because it wouldn't post without one. Called them in September, one of their service men came and looked at what we needed done. Told us he would have the office send us a quote for the job. We waited a couple of weeks to hear from them and finally had to call a couple of times and was told by office staff someone would call us back with a quote. No word for weeks. Called again, same info. Someone finally did call with a quote and told us they'd get us on the schedule. Hurricane Helene hit. Of course we knew there would be a backlog with all the damage locally and in other areas. Waited patiently for weeks, called them to check in for an estimate of when we would be scheduled. Was told someone would get back to us, that a lot of their crews were out of state helping with storm damage. Understandable, our need was not as great as those affected by the storm. Still no word in December, called several times and finally someone responded and said they would call back with a date. Never heard another word. Finally in February looked for another electrician and found an excellent one. He responded quickly, assessed the amount of repairs and quoted us $1000.00 less than Connelly Springs Electric. He completed the work and we are totally satisfied with it. I believe that Connelly Springs is only interested in commercial business and our job was not important enough for them to follow through.
