Chicken in the Basket — Restaurant in North Carolina

Met my Adopted Pop for lunch there today. He goes there almost every day for Breakfast and then there again for lunch alot. Let me say First they don't have a credit card machine so you will need Cash to pay your bill. It's totally worth any grumbling you are doing. They close at 2pm. It's a small place right off hwy 70. They have been in business for years.... How have they survived??? Let me tell you. Today, I ordered a Cheeseburger 🍔🍔 Mayo, Lettuce 🥬🥬 and Tomato 🍅🍅. Guess how it came exactly as I ordered it. As always the burger was fabulous. The service, is always great!! They are super friendly, as is most everyone in there. You will feel like you just walked up on your Friends front porch. It's just a great place to relax and enjoy a meal todays Special was... Hamburger steak, then choice of veggies. I think it's choice of 2 veggies (not sure I maybe wrong so ask when you go).
