James and I first worked together in 2007 on a project to redesign a space for 15 into a space to comfortably accommodate 30 people, and to significantly upgrade their workspaces. We left at noon on Friday and walked into completely reset and work ready space on Monday morning. It couldn't have been any easier for us. I've since recommended James and his team to others and they've had the same great experience. We worked together again in 2021 to design and build out a much larger space in a new manufacturing facility. Again, their execution was superb. The furniture is as beautiful and functional as, but much more cost effective than, the "big" names in office furniture, and we get compliments on our office because of it from everyone that visits. We introduced James and team to the rest of our company and they have since completed multiple other facilities across the country. Read moreThere was so much stress and anxiety leading up to the move that I didn't have much confidence in the move itself, but James and the team at Workspace Resource changed my view as early as their arrival. The guys were very well dressed and never hesitated on how to move something or where things were going to go. The guys worked very well together and looked like they had been working together for their lifetime. Truly a pleasure to have around. Moving into the new space was seamless. They put everything exactly where we wanted it, and didn't complain when we asked to move over a foot or few inches to make our new space great. The guys didn't just put furniture and go, they made sure every screw was placed in the best way possible, adjusted the feet on our desks to make them level and flush with the other desks, and was even running at times to make sure every box made it in quickly. THEN, we were missing one part of the desk (small part) and they guys came back the next day and brought about 10 parts to see if any of them were the right one. Read moreThis was great. They said delivery between 8 and 9. They had people there when I get there at 730am. The furniture showed up just after 8. They had 5 desks and 5 people installing them. I knew the desks were great quality when I ordered them, but there are even better than that. They put them in place and made sure they were level and no seams. They were professional, but friendly too. And they not only cleaned up their mess, they cleaned up some of mine that was near their mess. From the start of the ordering process with Jessica to when the installers walked out the door, this was a PROFESSIONAL company. They did their jobs and were polite and friendly at the same time.
