Since i moved to the area in October of 2016, i was introduced to my first ever weekly experience at a laundramat. Though i was prepared to dread it...mostly because of the hassle of carrying heavy baskets in the lake-effect winter...it has been surprisingly delightful. Owners were changing hands (within the family), but they got it right! WOW! Great people own, manage & work here! Recently i overlooked an entire load of blankets & when i drove (the 1.3 miles, lol) back to have my son retrieve them, he came out with 2 bags of neatly folded blankets!, The people i have met & interracted with are loving, kind and definitely go the extra mile! (Thank you to whoever was kind enough to fold my son's blankets!!!) In a world where most people are too busy, too stressed or too tired, i have found a little nook of thoughtfulness, helpfulness & more than a few smiles. So thank you from my deepest space...

Dealing with issues due to stealing/vandalism, so the bathroom needs a key now, but totally understandable.

Due to issues with rubber backing on rugs ruining machines and clogging the drains, management posted signs that rubber backed rugs are no longer allowed. Totally understandable, in my opinion.

I have NEVER had to wait for a washer or dryer. If I want the biggest washer, I may need to be patient, but that’s not an issue. Never had to wait for a dryer.

There very nice people here return our clothing left here on accdent. They keep very clean and nice and pick up but the wading machines are down a lot and three dryers don't work right they get to hot or don't get hot enough and got put more qutars in get Them dry and people are not around a lot.
