Ok deals, but staff isn't knowledgeable about product. Two employees here insisted that cannabinoid content and THC content are the same thing. Also unorganized - takes them a while to find any product in the drawers. They're never sure whether their weedmaps menu is current or not.

I called with questions about menu items, which seemed to irritate them due to their lack of knowledge. They insisted they could better assist me if I just stopped by. While there, I asked the employee to show me a few Sativa-dominant strains of wax with a high THC content. He says if I just look in the case, I can find it myself. I explained I was in a rush and wasn't familiar with the product layout in his store, so a employee showing me would be more helpful than me looking around. He starts presenting me with indicas. After correcting him, he starts showing me Sativa strains with the highest cannabinoid content listed on the front. When I point out that I asked about the THC content, he says "oh, it's the same thing", but it's not. After flipping the packet over, the THC percentage is clearly listed on the back separately, a completely different number. Had to find something to help my 78 year old Mother, after having knee replacement surgery. Of course the Dr. would only allow a minimal script of pain medicine. This is a great dispensary good selection great prices and great staff and service ive been to every dispensary in grants pass and merlin and quite a few around the state this is definitely my favorite but when I read some of the other reviews I almost can't believe some of the reasons people are giving them a bad review first I noticed complaints about how there flower is prepackaged and i believe its to help try to keep the buds from getting dried out ive been to other dispensary where they have a big jar the flowers are in and that looks cool but every time they open it to get flower out they release moisture out of the jar drying out the flower and the second big complaint is about wait time witch is due to covid regulations totally nothing they can do about that. they are a popular dispensary and there is almost always a line thats a great sign of a good business in my opinion ive personally spent thousands hear been going for years and ive only had one bad product and when I returned with it they gave me a nice discount.
