I can’t say enough about my experience with Bolt Grafix. I have needed a new road sign for my motel for years. I tried several sign and graphic shops that were unsatisfactory or prohibitively expensive. They just didn’t get it. I called Eli and went in to see him to discuss my needs and vision. He visited my property and produced a design that captured the unique qualities of the Motel Del Rogue. The finished product reflects the history, waterfront setting, and rustic but warm and comfortable charm that we offer. We have gotten so many rave reviews from our neighbors who drive by and I feel proud to drive down our driveway. The cost was hundreds, if not thousands of dollars less than other bids and the sign is far more beautiful. Eli was kind, patient, and generous. Professional experience, next day turn around, white board material had a slight handling defect, but I excepted it anyway do to time constraints. Owner is VERY concerned about copy-right, and required me to produce and surrender the ORIGINAL signed paper of authorization for their permanent records. Would have been 4 stars if they didn't make it such a pain, and explained their expectations more clearly up front. I'm sure the owner will respond in defense of his practices, he is very convinced of his current policies. I'm no layer & can only speak of my experience. My recommendation to the owner is to have a paper that details out the process to help future consumers secure the appropriate things needed for him to legally reproduce such works, easing the flow of such cases. Bolt Grafix was a fantastic find for us in Southern Oregon. We design a lot of restaurants around the state with environmental graphic & decor elements throughout. It can be very expensive to send a print vendor to the lower 1/2 of the state from the Portland area, so working with Bolt has been a game changer on 2 recent projects, which saved a great deal of time, money & worry.
