This store is clean and stocked pretty good. However, the customer service is the worst. You can walk up to the register with a cashier standing right there. They will not greet you. You sometimes have to literally say i am ready to check out. There is an energy drink that they frequently forget to stock. It is always in the cooler but the spot where it goes is consistently stocked with the wrong drink. I have alerted them to this and no action has been taken. This morning I saw again that it was not stocked. I was asking the cashier to go in the cooler to get it. Right in the middle of this, the cashier walks off to talk to the old lady working in the back. He was not even talking to her about what i was asking. He was shooting the bull with her. So i walked in the cooler myself and got a can out of the 5 cases sitting back there. When i left the cooler, the old lady starts fussing.. Which by the way, yesterday I had showed her that they were not stocked and she took no action. She is actually one of the worst there. Never smiles, ignores the customer. The store is convenient. Nice gas station/convenience store with a good selection of basic items inside as well as Frosters, fountain drinks (lately they are barely carbonated and very syrupy and don't taste right at all), hot and iced coffee as well as some hot foods available (very hit and miss with the hot stuff most days they dont have much at all). Gas pricing is usually reasonable, easy in and out gas station. The biggest downside is the employees, most of the time they are nowhere to be found if you need something or if people need their ID checked and usually have a bad attitude and seem inconvenienced by customers. Multiple times I have have come here and then left and seen others do so or they get upset because they cannot get any assistance at the checkout or with items behind the counter, even if the employee is behind the counter they will often ignore customers standing there waiting...

Going into the building to get a fountain drink, you never know if you are going to get what you want. They either run out of cups or straws or the machine runs out of ice and/or the drink I want. Today it was the big cup lids. They didnt have anything! The staff are like zombies. No reaction to anything. And long lines to pay for your items with only one cashier. I always fill up my car with non-ethanol gas and it seems like they always run out of it. I know things are rough getting gas and stuff for the store, but this has been happening...
