DeQueen Lake — Local services in Contiguous United States

We stayed at Pine Ridge and could not have been more pleased. The camp ground we had booked had a hazardous tree that could fall on the campsite we reserved for 10 days so they canceled our stay. The Park host there called the Ranger and gave me his phone so I could talk to him. Speaking with the Ranger he found another site around the lake that we could stay for 10 days. What a beautiful lake and surrounding area. Man made lake with multiple campgrounds and boat access. Well protected as it is nestled among the hills and pines. Seems to have very good fishing and is plenty large for recreational boating of all kinds. Not far from the town of DeQueen which has a Walmart and a number of commonly found eateries. Also quite a few locally owned Mexican food restaurants. Strongly recommend...

This is a beautiful lake with great places to launch kayaks, and canoes. It was such a peaceful place with great campsites. Me and my daughter kayaked from one end to the other (round trip) and seen many type of birds, snakes, turtles, and deer on the bank. Amazing place....
