My recent visit to Harbor Freight left me with a mixed impression. The store offered a wide selection of tools and equipment at affordable prices, making it a convenient destination for DIY enthusiasts and professionals alike. The layout of the store was relatively easy to navigate, with clear signage and organized aisles that helped streamline the shopping experience.
One of the highlights was the knowledgeable staff, who were readily available to assist with product inquiries and recommendations. Their expertise added value to the shopping experience and helped me make informed decisions about my purchases.
However, there were several areas where the store could improve. The cleanliness of the store left something to be desired, with some areas appearing cluttered and disorganized. Additionally, I found that certain items were frequently out of stock, which was frustrating and detracted from the overall convenience of shopping at Harbor Freight.
Another issue was the quality of some products, which seemed to vary widely. While some items were well-made and durable, others appeared flimsy and prone to breaking.
Overall, while Harbor Freight offers a decent selection of tools and equipment at affordable prices, there is room for improvement in areas such as cleanliness, stock availability, and product quality. With some adjustments, it could become an even more appealing destination for shoppers seeking value and...
Read moreOn 01-02-23 i placed an order for item #58704, icon locking ratchet and bit set. This item has been out of stock in most of their U.S. stores since shortly after they started carrying it. Suddenly, on the ďŹrst of the year, they advertised it as available online to order. They have long acknowledged the popularity of this item and recognized their inability to have it in stock. My credit card was charged and I received an email conďŹrmation of the order saying it would ship in 5-7 days. I created an online account in order to track the order. Initially, it listed the status of the order as "in process". Two days later it says it is "backordered". There is nothing on their website indicating the item is backordered. I was allowed to place the item in my shopping cart and order it. Harbor Freight knew the item has been O.O.S. in their stores for an extended period of time. Harbor Freight knew the item was on backorder on their website. Harbor Freight accepted the online order and charged my credit card. Harbor Freight does not list the backordered status of this item anywhere on their website and I was never contacted telling me of the order status. Harbor Freight is a...
