Scammed me out of $90. How is it that the base store policy is worse than Walmart?? They stopped accepting returns for anything that is wearable. So don't even think about buying earbuds or clothes here. Especially considering that you can't test the product without wearing it! $90 down the drain because they failed to tell me they're non-refundable. The receipt specifically says it's refundable!

A prior visit they told me I might be stealing while in military uniform simply because I walked away from self checkout to grab an additional item for purchase.

The base exchange has changed a lot due to Corona Virus. For the better in my option it keeps everyone safe. No longer sitting areas, the store, I for one never seen it uncleaned. It has always been well shelved always stocked and very friendly service with a smile. I give 5 stars because everytime I have been there, there was always a service member there to answer all my question and they always made a suggestive sales. We went in to pick up a few quick things. We got most of the needed items. Most were decently priced. The disappointing thing is that there were no actual cashier lines open. There were only the new self checkouts which is not something we like to use. The experience of using them was very disappointing, go to scan an item and it wouldn't scan them it would ring up multiple times. One of the items rang up $5 more than when we checked the price at a price scanner. Overall if they don't have cashiers available I personally don't see the appeal of shopping there as we will not be using self...
