I used to really love Sigman Mills as did my extended family however, the last two times that I have gotten furniture from them there have been problems. A few years ago I purchased a love seat and they double billed us. We had a difficult time recovering the money. I defended Sigman Mills and told my husband that could happen anywhere.When my husband didn't want to use them this time, I defended them because I didn't want to give up on them. This July 2018 we bought a cocktail ottoman and a love seat. When they delivered them, the love seat was torn. I spoke with who I thought was the owner on the delivery person's phone and he stated that he would send someone out to repair it on the following Tuesday. I have called and left messages and emails but so far no contact. It is now October and no repairman. Everything about this experience has been negative. It took three hours at the store to get the furniture ordered because my sales person kept leaving me alone while she went to check on things. At one time she left me for over an hour and acted upset with something going on at the store but did not tell me what it was. She would only say, "What just happened should never have happened." I feel foolish that I defended them again.

Read moreI was impressed with the quality of the furniture sold by this store. I purchased two chairs and a king size bed. However, as excited as I was about my new bed it did not fit into my bedroom, it was proportionally unbalanced. Within one day I called the store and told them that it was not what I expected and that I wanted to return it. I was told that I would be charged a restocking fee of $300. I felt that was fair, I wasn't happy about it but I understood. However, when I returned to the store the owner revised the fees and added additional fees $129.95 for delivery for pickup and $129.95 for return delivery. Basically double charging me and gouging me in every possible way. I'm having to pay $499.83 to return the $1332.96 bed, which he will take and sell again for the full price..smdh. Buyer beware! This store makes you sign alot of paper work before you buy the furniture and a lot of excessive fees are hidden. If what you want isn't in the store they require you to pay 25%.of the cost upfront. Read moreLast year we purchased a Lazy Boy sofa from Sigman-Mills Furniture. One of the reclining mechanisms stopped working several months later. When I called to ask about a repair, I spoke with Kim, and she quickly told me that it was still under warranty. In a matter of days, the repair was scheduled and a young man , Richard, came out. After looking at the mechanism, he quickly determined that it needed to be replaced. He rushed the order and assured me that he would do his best to fix the sofa before Thanksgiving (when I was having 24 dinner guests). Richard was true to his word, and the repair was completed before Thanksgiving. I had a call from Kim yesterday "just to be sure everything was still good with the sofa". It is!
