Waffle House — Restaurant in Georgia

Absolutely the worst waffle house in the world. I generally don't leave bad reviews but this place needs that type of highlight. We stopped in after a late night. I noticed there were tables not ready for customers. The waitress wasn't really pressed to get to the people who had been waiting to order. We finally sat down at the bar area. We waited another 15-20 minutes. After we ordered it took another 45 minutes to get it. A friend ordered a steak sandwich but it looked like they were running out of food so it didn't have much on it. Friends that were with us didn't even get their food. We overheard the waiter telling another table that they were out of a lot of stuff. Both Jordan and Feona were just there. Neither one had any sense of urgency or tried to make things better. My sausage sandwich was extremely over cooked. I have never had anything that was over cooked from a WH. I've grown up on WH and my children love this place but THIS LOCATION WILL NEVER BE VISITED AGAIN. It was pretty sad. Very...

We arrived at 1111 and the second order was taken at 1146...restaurant was not busy..nice young man was new and he was struggling. Only after 30 minutes the unit manager assisted, Toya, intervened and said they been waiting for awhile..so she knew but allowed him to struggle and make us wait. The lady cook was rude to the young man every time he attempted to call in the order. Spoke with the manager and the only thing she said was "noted"....no apology at all. Customer came in afterwards and received their food and left. This is how managers treat new employees and customers, you will always have we are hiring sign..retrain your managers and cook...they are the problem..service starts from leadership...we received the second at 1159...1st order was wrong and got it at 1203...makes no sense....I will never go to this location ever although it is close...

Customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!! The cook lil Tony has a disgusting attitude. He cooked my food and but on counter and was cursing because he had to remake my hash brown because it was over cooked and this is actually my second visit and the first was bad and the manager Alisa took care of me with a $15 voucher but failed to advise me it’s a one time use. So I go to order another $5meal I had to pay because she then advise me it was a one time use ,if I knew that I would have used it fully the first time. This Waffle House is a disgrace and to add insult to injury it was African Americans that was so rude and disrespectful and I am African American and society already gives us a bad name as a culture that some of us fulfill greatly. I will NEVER to back to this Waffle House again and advise anyone else to go...
