Second time they've followed me out of the store and placed their hands on my vehicle like I wasn't allowed to leave unless I bought something. How clear does a customer have to be when they say " you don't have what I came here for" then the one guy insisted on showing me 3 paint colors even tho I told him it wasn't the kind I wanted. I was nice and looked at the shades once he swaped them. Then he went down an isle and I went on my way and walked out of the store to leave. As I'm trying to get into the car a worked ran out and yelled at me " I have a worker in here mixing you paint" I said..." No.. I didn't ask for any paint to be mixed.. he showed me a couple shades that he insisted on showing me " then puts his hands on my car like I'm not allowed to leave. " Well he says he's mixing you paint" " noo...i never said I wanted any paint mixed" very strange. Too overwhelming to even visit that place to look around. Never entering...

Dear ace hardware All I wanted to do was take the kids and wife to see a light up night near us, and imagine the surprise when ace hardware popped up. Since you're so close to us, I figured we would get the kids ready, ages3, 2, and 11 months, and load up in the car and head out to see christmas lights. I went there today to get some paint mixed. I needed one sample size mixed. The lady in front of me had a gallon and two quarts she needed mixed. The guy that helped me (an older guy with a pony tail) was exceptionally rude and told me it would be twenty minutes. No problem I will come back. I came back and it still wasn’t done so I asked if he was going to do it and he snapped at me and told me no he was doing someone else’s first. I left and will not be back.
