Unfriendly staff and unreliable hours. The store itself looked clean but they have no dressing rooms (so you can't try on anything) and no public restroom. It doesn't look as though too many people donate to this store - their "cupboards are bare" with very little inventory.
I arrived around 4:00 and, even though their posted hours state closing time is 5:00, at 4:20 the cashier, without warning, turned off all the lights in the store except the one over the register (the structure is a metal barn with no windows so it was very dark). This effectively forced everyone out of the store 40 minutes before closing.
Cashier was very unfriendly and this place is definitely not customer service oriented (probably why no one donates).
Prices on clothes are very cheap but nothing is organized. If you are looking for a specific size, you have to look at every article of clothing on the racks. They have piles of unsorted clothing on the floor which you can pick through.
Parking lot is decent size but the store itself is off the beaten path, on a dead end country road. I visited while traveling in my RV and had plenty of space to park. Be warned, however, they don't like customers. I pulled off to the side of the parking lot to walk my dogs in an empty field after being forced out of the store and they called the police. So my 20 minute excursion to the salvation army was not only cut short by turning off the lights, they also made sure to harass a traveler walking her dogs on a potty break.
Will I come back? When hell...

Read moreEvery time I go there hoping to find something interesting, they have nothing good. I'm pretty sure some of the workers keep the good stuff and sell the left overs. I've been going there for yrs and only to find something worthy maybe twice a year. I really don't know how they are still in business. I love thrift shopping cause you'll never know what may pop up. They need cameras on the workers in the back. Years ago, I loved going there weekly but now it's just...
