Service was wonderful. I de not know the recipient was going to be out of town. Sue, who delivered the flowers for Albertine called to let me know they were delivered but no one was gone. She was very kind, gave me the phone number for Albertine and the owner’s name, Pam and that they would be open until 4pm. When I found out the recipients were away for the weekend, I called the florist and asked if someone could pick them back up and one of the employees could take them home rather than have them sit outside all weekend to wilt. First time customer and we will definitely be using Alebertine again! I was not sure of which floral shop to use to send my wife a nice gift for our anniversary, so I Googled shops in the area to try to find something. After reading all the other great reviews here, I decided to take a chance with Albertine, and I am very happy I did! The floral arrangement was absolutely beautiful, it arrived on time, and my wife loved it! I called Albertine Florals after searching Google for a florist in the Denver, NC area. I live out of state and wanted to send flowers to a friend for her birthday. All I told them was that I wanted something colorful and fun and also used the word “funky.” I asked for it to be delivered on the same day and left it at that and figured my friend would send me a picture. She did and I was so happy with how it turned out! I had no idea what type of arrangement I even wanted to send, but withjust a few descriptive words they nailed it!
