I had never been to the shop, but ordered over the phone. I am SO glad that I did. I ordered four dozen roses two days before Valentine’s Day and not only did Lily’s have what I needed- they exceeded my expectations. It wasn’t just flowers with baby’s breath, there was numerous varieties of ‘filler’ that were gorgeous as well. Even smelled good! My mom and her sisters who are all nurses and gardeners had a blast calling out the names of the plants and explaining them all to me and each other. So much better than I even imagined! Everyone was absolutely blown away. The white roses were truly white. Staff was willing to work with me on a delivery time so that it would still work despite a snow storm!!! Awful experience, I came in to look at dried flower arrangements for an upcoming funeral service. The lady behind the counter was not welcoming at all, she helped customers that came in after us without acknowledging we were even there. Even the other customer apologized for jumping ahead of us and talking with the cashier for an additional 10 min about thier children's activities. When we were helped it was even worse, I have never felt more judged in such a time of remorse. I will never be back and will spend my money at a place where everyone is respected even if it costs...

Lisa was so incredibly helpful with our elopement arrangements! I went in looking for mostly dried flower and leaves.
