7-Eleven — Local services in Corona

I just used the scan and go on the 7-11 app at this location at 6:18am this morning. The guy refused to give me my item even after showing him the receipt and verification that I bought and still tried to have me purchase it again. Don't come here if you don't want your items. I even still received my points also as proof. He needs to be fired and off drugs. Needs more of a professional night crew. AND DIDNT GET A REFUND FOR MY ITEM. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I ALWAYS COME HERE NEVER...

You hire terrible people to run these stores. I always get charged extra. This particular store has an old man who always flirts with the high school and middle school children heading from school back home. Luckily he doesn’t speak Spanish or English correctly and the kids don’t take him seriously. This is definitely going to get you into legal trouble especially when there’s proof of YEARS of these certain locations around Corona treating the community like we OWE you...

The clerk that helped me greeted me when I entered and was very friendly when ringing me up. The place appears well-stocked. I wish I could give it 5 stars but the panhandlers outside really made it an unpleasant experience.
