European Personal Chef — Local services in Corona

I scheduled personal chef services with Chef Julio for my family's Thanksgiving dinner. I was a bit nervous going with chef services for thanksgiving as my family are picky eaters and not only that we all watch the cooking shows and love to judge food, lol. Chef Julio menu options looked amazing and he was very accommodating. We worked on the menu together and came up with something for everyone.

Chef Julio was on time and very organized. He and his assistant took over my kitchen and prepared a wonderful dinner. Because we had vegans, people with seafood allergies and meat eaters he had to prepare a range of dishes to satisfy everyone. The shrimp paella spoon appetizers were delicious. The grilled rib eye steak was so good and everyone loved the creme brulee desserts.

Chef Julio has his service down to a fine art. He started and ended as scheduled. My kitchen was left cleaned. All I had to do was sit and relax after dinner and guests left.

I look forward to booking Chef services (again) with Chef Julio in the near future.

Chef Julio Nascimento and his staff could not have provided us with a better experience than they did for our son’s wedding that took place in our backyard last week. He accommodated every wish and request including the arrangement of all the party rental pieces. Chef Julio amazed us with his attention to detail in the preparing and presentation of all servings while still providing my family and guest with his charm and entertaining personality. We had the absolute pleasure of hiring Julio for our party, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From start to finish, everything was flawless. The appetizers were beautifully prepared and perfectly seasoned—our guests are still raving about the hors d’oeuvres. The main courses were truly outstanding: the fish was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, while the steak was juicy, expertly seasoned, and grilled just right.

Not only was the food exceptional, but Julio also brought such professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail to the entire evening. He managed the kitchen seamlessly, kept everything on schedule, and presented each dish with an elegant touch that elevated the whole experience.
