Been to this location twice both times the ball return broke mid bowling and the staff tried to refuse giving us extra time. This last experience the staff was pulling broken pieces of the return up from under the ball return. We had to wait as the staff “figured out” how to get our balls out of the broken return. We didn’t even finish the first frame for the first person. Originally only four out of the 10 lanes were working properly when we left there was two left working. Oh and how you bring a screw driver or a pry bar the outer door is broke and had to be pried open for us to leave the building. Read moreThe service was great but while we were playing the Lanes were basically broken, I had to swap lanes because it stopped working and shut down, and my parents, kept having major problems with their lane, it kept skipping turns not counting some turns, kept dropping the blocker before the ball was anywhere near the pins and blocked many shots, it Contiuesly kept knocking down pins when they set them back down or set a new set down which really sucked. Also vests are not a requirement for a service dog to enter an building not to mention it was 95 degrees out and my 103 lb German shepherd was far to hot to have a heavy vest on.
