Definitely a strenuous hike that feels longer than it is. The first half of the hike, which is below the cliff face, is much harder than the last half along the top of the mesa. There's only one small area of pictographs, but they are...

These are petroglyphs not pictographs but very wonderful regardless of being mislabeled!
