It was a bonus to have Moon Goat coffee and bites available to participants to enjoy before and after our workshop. And parking was easy and plentiful.

Today's cupping experience was amazing. I met up with Alex from MoonGoat coffee at Dock Station by MoonGoat in Costa Mesa. They had just launch this event center and I've attended the first cupping session at the new location. Alex's profound understanding of specialty coffee genuinely left an impression. His expansive knowledge, stretching from the nuances of bean-to-cup journeys, brewing methodologies, equipment intricacies, and the heartbeat of MoonGoat Coffee Company, showcased his passion and love in the coffee industry.

Beautiful workspace! The is a huge building across the parking lot of MoonGoat Coffee!! We had everything we needed to create a fun and efficient class!! Alex and David were super helpful with coordinating a time for our event! The Docking Station at MG has stunning tables, chairs, plenty of outlets, Air conditioning, 2 restrooms, a filtered water station and easy parking. They also have an outdoor patio with seating! Many of us either came before class or stayed afterwards to enjoy Sunday Brunch! The food and coffee were amazing! All the staff was incredibly helpful. Not only do they rent out their workspace, they also offer continuing education classes for their baristas and the public! I love the vibe! Check out my pictures...
