Can only put so much so had to edit, don't come here, period. They admitted to me they "don't repurpose trim so they have to make it visibly damaged for photos so insurance will pay for them" I had my 2017 grand cherokke in for a driver door, the door and fender were the only pieces on the car that received damage outside of 2 little dents behind the fender and Mario said it was totalled. He also told me it had internal damage and what I was looking at was not the cause of the vehicle being claimed a total loss, it was later revealed by his supervisor that it was in fact that damage that made the conclusion. They ripped the trim off previously undamaged parts and damaged it and then when it was totalled tried to give me my vehicle back in said condition, dismantled. After telling them I'm not accepting that and that they had to reassemble it before returning it they forced a check for the reassembling of the vehicle then proceeded to give it back still disassembled and made me sign a release and refused to give any paper work for proof my vehicle was there. Nobody would reassemble it because they took it apart so I had to do it personally even though they recieved the check. Had to pay near $1000 for new trim that on items of the vehicle that were previously undamaged and I'm still missing some and I'm stuck with a salvage vehicle and reassembling something this shop already got paid to do and stole the check. Mario literally laughed in my face and told me "it's just double sided tape" but it wasn't, like I said near $1000 in trim and I still didn't get it all. I'm currently waiting to get it back now from heppners from a accident where somebody ran a red light and smashed into the front damaging the hood both fenders and the front bumper and headlight but this shop is actually fixing it instead of saying it's totalled with all of this damage. These people work with insurance companies to steal your car from you, don't do it....
Read moreI went over the car’s existing unrelated damage with Mario and he said the entire rear bumper would be sanded and repainted, which would fix a paint chip on the side of the bumper. I got the car back and the chip had only been painted over and was clearly visible. I expressed my displeasure and Mario only said “well, the guy usually fixes that”. I said he obviously didn’t this time and Mario just gave me a blank look. I asked if the shop would correct it and was told it would cost extra.
Additionally, whoever parked my car outside after the repair backed it all the way up to the curb, placing the rear end over the curb and the tires on it. I won’t be surprised if I discover more damage on the underside of the car.
I called the manager, Kyle, and informed him of my disappointment. He offered to take the car back and fix it, but I declined. I am not confident in the ability, care, or customer service...
Read moreI was given a date of 20th for the car delivery and on 20th i was informed that it will be delayed because there was some part which needs to be replaced and they missed it in initial scope of work. I was informed that it will be for sure delivered on 22nd and i had to travel on 23rd on the same car to chicago where i had to go out for vacation for a month out of US. On 22nd i was informed only after i called that they will not be able to deliver on 22nd. The service manager was kind enough for suggesting me alternate ways(bus, train etc) to get to chicago which were really impractical for my situation. Finally i had to ask my brother for the favor so that he can pick my car and it was then delivered on 26th i believe. The work was as it is supposed to be but the delay has costed me real money and hassle. I am not sure if i would ever trust the delivery date again in future from...
