We switched to ADMC to get better service and product delivery rates. Kimberly Hamilton promised us next day delivery and if their truck was full they would send it out common carrier. With 97% delivery accuracy, we were excited that we would be taken care of. Not only did we NEVER get our whole order, we were lied to by Kimberly that the reason we didn't get our full order just before Thanksgiving was because the truck was full. ADMC didn't send it common carrier as Kimberly promised they would. She stated that half her clients didn't get their whole orders because ADMC decided it would cost them too much to send via common carrier. Fast forward a week expecting to get the rest of our order and we didn't get it this time because ADMC didn't even have it in stock-not because the truck was full. I personally talked to Kimberly on the phone and she NEVER mentioned that they didn't have the produce NOR did she bother to call us the next week to let us know in time to order from another supplier so we were out another week with out product. She told me I could talk to Jessie Kuehn if I needed to talk to someone but I didn't find her to be of any usefulness. Kimberly did send an email to let us know after Thanksgiving but it NEVER said we wouldn't be getting our product that we thought was going to be here due to the truck being too full. I've called and left a message for Paul Sopsic, her supervisor, and NEVER got a phone call in return. I also called and left a message to Terry Sullivan and still no return phone call. Brandon Due from Merrick has been involved trying to get them our projected orderings so they can get our product in stock. Kimberly still wanted our last receipts of orders which made more work on our part and didn't let us know that Brandon had already sent them ours directly from Merrick. Lack of communication and justification of wrong doing. I'm really disappointed in their honesty and service. From the bottom of the company to the top! Not to mention the cost of the loss of my business in sales and unhappy clients directly for over a month that were affected due to the lies and smooth talk of Kimberly Hamilton. She calls if she notices a potential order error, she responds quickly to emails and turns around credit requests immediately. The credits team is also very timely and accounting, while we have had our ups and downs with them, has been easy TO deal with for the most part over the years.
We very rarely have issues with our orders. The only issue that I can say is prominent, if at all, is the occasional damaged product. Missing items are not an issue.
