My experience in dollar general in Cottonwood falls was HORRIBLY RUDE!! I was yelled at to get out of the store by both employees Kim & a gentleman or should I say NASTY PERSON WITH ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PLAIN DECENCY AT ALL! Came in for milk which there was none, & had a few items I was completely disrespected & just extremely RUDE ATTITUDES! At exactly 10:00 pn they said they had “stuff” to do!!! I proceeded to leave my items & have ZERO desire to EVER RETURN. This is a constant problem at that store & do not appreciate being YELLED AT TO LEAVE! I have worked in customer service ALL MY LIFE ANS THE WAY THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS SHOULD NEVER...

Walked through the front door and an employee looked me in my face and rolled her eyes at me. I'm leaving this review because all of the employees there are rude and have 0 customer service skills, if it weren't the only place in town to shop I wouldn't go back and if I could leave a review of less than one...

Since D.G. upgraded their food inventory with fresh produce they are a convient alternative for quick ingredients instead having to drive to emporia. You will pay for the covience however. Milk tends to run about twice the price of walmart for example. Staff are the nicest people I deal with in any...
