I'm surprised this place has 3.8 stars because this is the absolute worst casino I have ever been to. I understand the "house always wins", I get it, but I have spent some serious time and money at this casino; over $150k over the past two years and I have only won ONLY 2 hand pays - averaging $2K each! oh and I recently won a blanket and $100 cash voucher during the hot seat drawings.

Actually, it was really nice to at least win something recently because I rarely leave feeling like I didnt just get totally cheated - I would say I have had a winning night where it was fun and exciting 1 out of every 200 visits. The machines can get so tight, don't expect $100 to last more than a half hour at the very most when betting the lowest denom.

I can say with almost 100% certainty, no matter what machine you play, or what denomination you bet, what time of day you go, playing with or without your players card - you lose bad, fast and way too often. On top of that, their bonus points don't add up. You'll get 1 dollar for every 100 dollars you play or win. And I don't know anyone whos won with their $10 free play.

The security guards and waiters at the restaurant are more friendly and helpful than all the other people that work there.

Overall, I would not recommend this casino to anyone. It is in my experience that your money will last longer at a different casino. You will have a better chance at winning a jackpot and have more types of games to play - not just slot machines. They don't even have any old school video poker games?! So go to Northern Quest, Spokane Tribe or Coeur d'Alene if you want a REAL casino experience. Two thumbs down.

It was not a pleasant trip to that casino .The cashier's are the rudest I have seen anywhere. It's almost impossible to gret any kind of help from anyone at all . If by chance you do see someone on the floor good luck getting them to help you at all. If you can make eye contact at all they act as if they don't even see you.And if and when your luck enough to get anyone to come to you they act ad if youare bothering them no may I hrlp you or what seens to be the problem you a well its jsmmer them they ealk off eithout a MN other word about 25 mimutes latwr someone comes to unjam the machine and theb leave rigjt aeay they don"t stick around to see if its really fixed the problem .So you try to play the machine and it does the same thing jams up you cant get your money back out of the b achine or play it rither do now your back to waiting for domeone to come help uou again with your sevice light on butxnobody comes bac l around at at aftet 30 minutes of waiting you adk the first janitor or anyone who is there if they can get you some help and are told in a very unpleasent manner that they dont work on the machines and they must be busy elseware well ok so you get tired of waiting and go looking for some help and find not a dingle staff person anyplace on the floor or in the cash cages either .No I would not recommend this place to anyone its the worst exsp eriance I have ever had in a casino or any public service place i...

This Casino has a vibe unlike any other I have ever stepped foot in their is this a very unwelcoming feeling about this place. Most Casinos also tend to stick to not having windows on the gaming floor and keep the lights dim to help you lose track of time but not this places, their are two floors with no clear indication of where to go, while walking down the tiny hall that wrapped around to the stairwell It felt more like an area I shouldn't be in, my friend and I paused and looked at one another with a confused look before we said well I'm sure someone will say something if we shouldn't be back in this area and, the reason it seemed so odd is the lights in this places are insane, we showed up on our way back from Wenatchee and rolled up to the casino about 7pm it was pitch black outside with heavy fog but inside the casino it was brighter than it had been outside at noon but this hallway leading to the upper room was very poorly lit to be honest the dim hallway was the only part of this casino that felt like I was in a casino atmosphere wise.
