Crossroads Package — Local services in Covington

I was super excited to come into this store only to be disappointed by the service. It was my first time visiting so of course I’m looking around at the different liquor options they offer which they do have many different kinds, and the young Indian man at the register asked me if I needed assistance I said no I’m just looking around. Then I realized I was going to need assistance with locating what I needed so I proceeded to ask him and it seemed like he was annoyed due to the fact that I had initially said no. After that the interaction was just not a good experience to the point that I debated if I indeed wanted to even make this purchase.And he not once offered me any reward program. More than likely not coming back… I’d rather take my money to Jaspers where I get greeted with a smile and upbeat...

Over price. I think they are racially charging people of color especially black people , more money than their charging other customers by five dollars or more. I have gone to other stores in the area and all charged the same price or very close to it for Liquor behind the counter where you cannot see the price. But these people when I go there It's always for me $,5 more for a liquor and cigarettes of what I'll be charged at other stores in the area. I'm definitely going to look into this and report them and see what I can do because...
