Hibachi Grill Express — Restaurant in Georgia

I normally come here with family and today I came with co-worker AFTER BRAGGING ABOUT THIS FOOD, I WAS MET WITH A RUDE OLDER WOMAN, WHO ATTACKED MY COWORKER AT THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW WHEN ASKED IF THEY HAD A WI-FI 🛜 SERVICE FOR CUSTOMER USE.. SHE SAID IT "IS NOT THE RESTAURANT RESPONSIBILITY TO OFFER WI-FI.".. AND WE DECIDED TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.. (She even took our drinks back thru the windows after we Sat there waiting for food )* EVEN THO I OFFERED TO PAY MY PARTNER FOOD..she was so rude . I FELT AWFUL FOR THEM and decided to leave. Because of the place not having any food once we got there and being unnecessary to take back unsanitary drinks, wow insulted and disappointed). They were out of egg rolls. And the professional lunch was spoiled due to not being able to accommodate the purchase of our separate orders. Very dissatisfied and not really sure I should come back... They don't seem to honor the long time customers or have any consideration for others... Stating the my business partners inability to unlock a credit card for payment was 'NOT THEIR PROBLEM' I DON'T THINK WE WILL EVER COME BACK... PANDA EXPRESS IS RIGHT BESIDE OUR OFFICE ANY WAY.... THANKS FOR NOTHING. SO RUDE. SO...

RICE IS DRY PORTIONS ARE SMALLER AND SMALLER Recent service WITH THE TWO OLDER FEMALES has been stingy unkind rude bitter treatment and I always tip at drive thru..I always order same thing yet they never act like they remember me and my family...we could come almost daily at one point... So. hateful responses to my children coming in to use bathroom RECENTLY and we had just went thru driveway and bought $40+ worth of dinner... They told my two girls to leave it was only for customers and WE WERE(I CAME IN AFTER SENDING THEM INSIDE TO GET A REFILL ON THE ICE IN OUR SWEET TEA...AND WAS REFUSED)* MIGHT I MENTION THAT IM ALREADY 32 WEEKS PREGNANT WITH TWINS...AND HAD I NOT HEARD THE WOMAN MYSELF IT WOULD HAVE BEEN HARD TO BELIEVE BUT SHE CONTINUES THE HATRED BY TELLING ME IN THE MIDDLE OF A SCORCHING HOT SUMMER, NO REFILLS WITH DRIVE THRU, WOOOWWWW, IT WASNT EVEN A REFILL I JUST WANTED MORE ICE)**. IT WAS SO RUDE.. THAT WE ARE NOW... GOING TO CONTINUE TO EAT...

If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would !! I have eaten at this place a total of 3 times . The first time was decent no complaints. The second time they messed up my order by putting vegetables on there although I asked not to . When I asked can they correct the order i was assured my food would get remade properly. I watched the cook hover over the trash can scoop the vegetables off and move the rice around like he had just made it. Tonight 12/07/2021 being my absolute last time Eating here , I ordered hibachi chicken half no vegetables. I was given 10 small things of chicken. Too tired to even drive back up there i just decided to eat my food. It’s 2:15am 12/08/2021 I’m up throwing up my food curled up like a baby with terrible stomach pains. This isn’t worth eating there ever again !!!!!!
