Tri-County Furniture — Local services in Covington

I can not say enough about the service from Tri-County. The staff was so nice and responsive. We purchases a lift chair that needed repairs. They even brought a loaner chair in case it could not be fixed on site. I wish I could give more stars. Service like this is unheard of in the world we live in now. It is so much appreciated. I will go to Tri-County for my furniture purchases in the future. Several years later and I still am a HUGE fan of Tricounty. We live in WV but will go out of the way to give them our business. We most recently bought an adjustable bed base and mattress. Even though the weather was crappy, the service is still great. I expected them to be short staffed simply because of the weather, but it didn't matter. Salesman was still exceptionally helpful. We we went back to pick up the order, we got loaded quick and with extra protection on it. If I could give a zero I would. This company canceled 5 times before a service technician came out. And the man thank came out was the most unprofessional person I think they could have sent. Not only did he yell my wife in front of my three year old child. He claimed nothing was wrong with the couch when its the easiest thing to see. It was clear he did not want to help and did not want to be questioned. I will never order anything else from Regency just because I know that if something goes wrong with the furniture this company could possibly show up...
